Hot Yoga 26&2 Express

60 Minutes - Coming Soon!

Bikram Yoga - The original hot yoga of 26 postures 2 breathing exercises. The class is suitable for all levels; beginners to advanced. The same sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises but a shorter hour class, so you will still practice all the postures only some of them will be practiced once depending on the teacher. Ideal for those on the go or a lunchtime practice. The class is still held in our Hot Studio located on the 3rd floor.

75 Minutes

Bikram Yoga - The original hot yoga of 26 postures 2 breathing exercises. The class is suitable for all levels; beginners to advanced. The same sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises but a shorter 75 min class, so you will still practice all the postures only some of them will be practiced once, majority being practiced twice depending on the teacher. A great way to start the day or ideal for those early risers. The class is still held in our Hot Studio located on the 3rd floor.

90 Minutes

Bikram Yoga - The original hot yoga of 26 postures 2 breathing exercises. The class is suitable for all levels; beginners to advanced. The same sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises but the full 90 min practice as originally taught. In this class you will practice all the postures twice, allowing you to get deeper into each posture gaining maximum benefit from the series. Starting and ending with a breathing exercise. The class is still held in our Hot Studio located on the 3rd floor.

Restorative Yoga & Nidra (Coming Soon)!

75 Minutes

Immerse yourself in our Restorative yoga and yoga nidra session, carefully crafted to reset, re-balance, and induce relaxation – the perfect way to conclude your workweek and prepare for a restful night's sleep. While not a hot class, the room will be comfortably warm, allowing your body to delve deeper into stretches and alleviate tension.

Throughout the session, your qualified yoga teacher will guide you through a series of soothing and rejuvenating postures, supported by an abundance of bolsters, pillows, and blankets, the sequence is designed to address any tension, aches, or pains. Cap off the practice with Yoga Nidra, a deep and conscious rest (yogic sleep) that fosters internal transformation through stillness. Remaining in Savasana, you'll focus on your breath and heighten awareness of your inner experiences as you are lead through a guided meditation. Mindfully observing thought, emotional, and physical patterns provides an opportunity to release and reset at a vibrational level. We offer a variety of props, bolsters, and blankets for your use during your practice, but feel free to bring your own. If needed, pillows can substitute for bolsters. While this class is not heated, the studio is kept at a comfortable temperature to allow both mind and body to fully relax. Join us in our 3rd floor studio for a rejuvenating experience.

Yin Yoga & Nidra (Coming Soon)!

75 Minutes

Discover the art of Yin Yoga, the opposite to a  restorative practice. Tailored for a serene wind-down, this class pairs exceptionally well with a warm flow, creating a nourishing and liberating experience. In Yin, we embrace gentle postures and shapes, encouraging explorative moments to rejuvenate, relax, refresh, and restore. Asanas (postures) are held for extended periods, applying moderate stress to connective tissues like tendons, fascia, and ligaments. The goal is to enhance joint circulation and flexibility.

Yin Yoga provides a unique opportunity for stillness, inviting you to observe, release, and let go. It's about opening, creating space, and dedicating time to self-discovery. Unlike focusing on strength building, Yin prioritizes flexibility and relaxation, specifically targeting deep connective tissues. Concluding the session with Yoga Nidra, a practice of profound rest and internal transformation through stillness, you'll remain in Savasana. Maintaining focus on your breath, you engage your mind, fostering full awareness of your inner experiences. Mindful observation of thought, emotional, and physical patterns allows for the release and reset at a vibrational level. Yin Yoga welcomes participants of all levels, especially beginners. For those seeking support, we provide an array of props such as blocks, blankets, bolsters, and pillows to enhance the posture experience.
